Executive Chef Seth Smith.
I am a Tulsa native and after eight wonderful years of culinary excursions, I have returned. My journeys have taken me to open restaurants and chef in restaurants in areas such as Kennebunkport, The Oregon Coast, Colorado, Florida, New York City and abroad.
Educated from Le Cordon Bleu, London, I hold Le Grand Diplomme, Le Cordon Bleu. I am one of less than 200 certified chefs in North America with this degree and graduated first in my class with full distinction. While in London I also received my Master Catering Chef Certificate, being one of the first 9 students at L.C.B. to do so.
In New York City I developed and opened a new concept of wine bars, held a lead pastry chef position at an elite catering firm and was involved in special events with “the best of the best” of the N.Y.C. culinary scene.
